A deposit of 50% of the base rate is due at the time of making your booking.
The balance of your full payment is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Check in time: 3 p.m.
Check out time: 11 a.m.
This is a self check in & out property. Prior to arrival you will be provided with a security code by text or email to gain entry by keyless lock.
A maximum of 6 people are permitted.
Pet Policy- Pets are allowed by prior arrangement. There are restrictions regarding number of pets, behaviour & outside access. A $25.00 per visit per pet fee is required.
Quiet Time- As guests at Creekside Cottage you become a resident of a quiet family neighborhood. A quiet time of 11 pm is in place & no loud electronic audio devices are allowed at any time.
